Example: Peter and Susan are colleagues at an architectural firm and share an office. They have a general number, which they use to communicate with customers and the outside world (shown on their business cards, website, advertisement, etc.). When a customer calls this number, their respective landline phones ring at the same time. While on site visits, the calls are forwarded to their mobile phones.

When Peter and Susan call from a site with their mobile phone, their landline number is displayed on the customer’s device. This way, their mobile number remains private.

Susan is always at the office on Tuesdays, so on those days all calls go directly to her landline number and Peter is not disturbed. Outside opening hours, callers hear a personalized greeting and can leave a message on the voicemail if they wish.
